PRICES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE

In Kestrel and Peregrine – we offer a 20% reduction for 2 persons booking 7 night Holiday – available all year – except School Holidays. Children under 2 and in cot, at the start date of your holiday, are not counted in the total. If the small party size is exceeded you will be liable to pay the full cost. (Discount is not applicable to short breaks.) Barn stated capacities cannot be exceeded and will contravene our Terms of Hire.

Short Breaks
We offer 3 night weekend breaks starting Fridays and 4 night midweek breaks starting on Mondays, effectively one night free. 3 & 4 night breaks are bookable any time in advance, except School Holidays. During these periods, short breaks can only be booked within 42 days of the holiday start date. These periods are highlighted on the table.

Dogs
We charge £30 per week or short break. We accept only one well behaved dog. They must be exercised outside of the Barn grounds and they are not to be left alone, under any circumstances, in the Barns. Puppies and dogs under one year old are not accepted. Goshawk barn is dog free. (Assistance dogs accepted with their ID documentation.)

Deposits
We require a 30% deposit of the total cost of your holiday to secure the booking. We will reserve your holiday for 12 hours for payment. The balance is payable by 60 days before the holiday start date.

Security Deposit

Refundable Deposit are £100 for Kestrel and Peregrine, £250 for Goshawk are taken with the holiday balance payment. These are refundable by BAC’s after we have cleaned and checked the barns, we will then ask you for your bank details.

Parking at Rookery Barn Holidays
We guarantee off road parking outside of your barn for 2 spaces each for Kestrel and Peregrine. For Goshawk we guarantee 3 spaces. Please park in the carpark near the wall signs designating your barn parking spaces please.
