Rookery Barn
Terms and Conditions of Hire..

1. On the day of arrival your Barn is booked from 4 p.m. On the day of departure all accommodation is to be vacated by 10 a.m. All Barns are booked Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks are Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday.
2. The Hirer, who must be part of the holiday group and be 21 or over, will be held responsible for the loss or breakage of any fittings, utensils, crockery or cutlery. Please report any loss or breakages, to enable us to repair or replace for the new incoming guests. Also for any damage to the property, fixtures and fittings how so ever caused. To include Hot Tubs, outside furniture and BBQ.
3. We require the names and age/code details of all the guests staying at our barns and the car registrations for insurance purposes, as set out on the booking form.
4. A Deposit is payable at the time of booking of 30% of your holiday Barn cost. Once the booking has been made and our receipt issued the deposit may not be refunded should you subsequently cancel. The balance of the monies must be received at least 56 days before the date on which the holiday is due to start (no reminders are sent). Failure to comply with this condition may result in the loss of your deposit and the cancellation of your holiday.
5. Cancellations are effective from the date on which we are advised and payments are non-refundable. You are advised to take full holiday insurance cover for your holiday booked with Rookery Barn Holidays.
6. Rookery Barn Holidays reserves the right to refuse any booking application, or to refuse or terminate accommodation at their absolute discretion.
7. Rookery Barn Holidays cannot be held liable for any loss or damage, however caused, to customer’s property of any description during their stay at Rookery Barn Holidays. Cars are parked on the carpark and premises entirely at the owners risk.
8. Rookery Barn Holidays cannot be liable in the event that accommodation or advertised facilities shall not be available due to circumstances beyond their control. You are requested to observe the instructions for using the Hot Tubs, the temperatures are set at the recommended safe level, please do not alter. Please observe the hygiene requests before using the Hot Tubs. The chemical levels are checked and adjusted daily, the water is changed at the recommended intervals. We cannot be held responsible for any breakdown time or the need to change the water. The hirer is responsible for any damage or misuse of the Hot Tubs. For safety and the environment please keep the Hot Tub covers on when not in use.
9. Under no circumstances must the barn offered for hire be occupied by more persons than the number for which the accommodation is intended.
10. Rookery Barn Holidays is a family complex. Bookings from young under 21 all male or female or mixed groups are not accepted. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age on arrival, driving licence or passport.
11. Parents are held responsible their children’s safety and behavior at all times.
