ROOKERY BARN HOLIDAYS 2012 PRICES
Prices are in £ Stirling - Weekly bookings start on Fridays or Mondays for 7 nights.
Short Breaks are Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday.

PRICES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE

Full week prices for Christmas and New Year will be taken from Friday to Friday only the 23 Dec and 30th Dec - Other start dates may be available please contact us.

Smaller Party Reductions
we offer a 20% reduction for 2 persons booking a weekly Holiday - available all year - except School Holidays. Children under 2 and in cot, at the start date of your holiday, are not counted in the total. If the small party size is exceeded you will be liable to pay the full cost. (Discount is not applicable to short breaks.) Barn stated capacities cannot be exceeded and will contravene our Terms of Hire.

Short Breaks
we offer 3 night weekend breaks starting Fridays and 4 night mid week breaks starting on Mondays, effectively one night free. 3 & 4 night breaks are bookable any time in advance, except School Holidays. During these periods, short breaks can only be booked within 42 days of the holiday start date. These periods are highlighted on the table.

Dogs
are charged a £30 per week or short break. We accept one only well behaved dog. They must be exercised outside of the Barn grounds and they are not to be left alone,under any circumstances, in the Barns. Puppies and dogs under one year old are not accepted.

Deposits
We require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your holiday to secure the booking. We will reserve your holiday for 5 days. The balance is payable by 60 days before the holiday start date.

Security Deposit
We require £100 security deposit per short break or per weekly booking. Cheque required 14 days before holiday start date. This will be shredded and confirmed within 7 days of departure.

Kestrel Barn
2 Childen in bed settee must be under 16 years of age at the holiday start date, to adhere to 6 Adults plus 2 Children criteria.
